After almost 12 years in Bavaria I found really delicious pretzels here. Everything is very tasty here, but in addition to the pretzels I would like to highlight the walnut rolls, the cheesecake, the nut braid, the raisin rolls, the Theodor bread, the pirate bread, the baguette, ..... I cannot confirm the negative comments about the staff. Even when there is a lot of activity and hectic, you will be served friendly. The prices are fair: good quality comes from good ingredients, longer maturing times for the dough and good craftsmen.

For many years this bakery has been one of the absolute top in Heilbronn, primarily because of the baked goods, of course - above all the unique "pirate bread". The staff is always very friendly here too. It's a shame that the other branches have disappeared in recent years.

Hello Mrs. Lang, I have been a loyal customer to you for over 10 years. On Sunday, March 1st, 2020, you made sure that this was my last visit to you. At 7:30 a.m. I was the second customer and wanted to buy pretzels and rolls. It wasn't a problem for me that their most popular product, the shop opening pretzels, weren't ready yet. I paid for my products including pretzels and waited for them to finish. In the meantime the shop was packed and you sold the pretzels that had now been made to the customers who came after me. I just hinted at my disappointment and didn't even complain. But you shout at me for minutes in front of all customers. I just stayed calm because breakfast guests at home were waiting for fresh rolls and pretzels. But I will not put up with such outrageous behavior again! I would rather go to your friendly competitors in the future or do without fresh baked goods on Sundays!
